Over the past 15+ years, I have built a career at the intersection of human resources, organizational strategy, and business transformation, spanning government, Fortune 500, and high-growth startups. I am a strategic business partner recognized for aligning people, processes, and business goals to drive lasting impact, particularly in environments experiencing rapid growth, cultural shifts, or complex transformation.
I began in public service with the Illinois Department of Human Services, where I led a team of 15 and developed inclusive talent practices ahead of industry trends. At an Aerospace and Defense company, I advanced to Principal HR Business Partner, supporting 1,200+ employees through digital transformation initiatives, M&A, and large-scale change, earning a reputation for translating complex challenges into actionable workforce strategies. At a Big Tech company, I partnered with global product and engineering leaders on org design, performance management, and post-acquisition integration, while also serving as Global ERG lead - advancing disability inclusion across the company.
Most recently, I have spent time at a Fintech Startup, and a Global Healthcare Services company, where I supported C-suite leaders through IPO readiness, workforce transformation, and leadership development initiatives, balancing startup agility with the operational discipline required for scale.
Beyond my professional work, I am a passionate advocate for the disability community, focused on making air travel more accessible for wheelchair users, a cause rooted in my belief that opportunity should be universal. Personally, I’m energized by travel, diverse cuisines, and live music, and draw strength from my close bond with my family, which grounds my empathetic and people-centered leadership style.
