At an Aerospace and Defense company, I advanced to Principal HR Business Partner, supporting 1,200+ employees through digital transformation initiatives, M&A, and large-scale change, earning a reputation for translating complex challenges into actionable workforce strategies. At a Big Tech company, I partnered with global product and engineering leaders on org design, performance management, and post-acquisition integration, while also serving as Global ERG lead - advancing disability inclusion across the company.

Most recently, I have spent time at a Fintech Startup, and a Global Healthcare Services company, where I supported C-suite leaders through IPO readiness, workforce transformation, and leadership development initiatives, balancing startup agility with the operational discipline required for scale.
