I had the pleasure of working alongside Drew during his time as People Ops Lead at Woven Care, where our similar roles kept us in close collaboration across a number of shared initiatives. In that time, he proved to be exactly the kind of partner you hope for when tackling work that actually matters.
One of our favorite projects together was building out an attrition risk flagging system for new hires, tracking signals from the initial interview all the way through their first 90 days. It was the kind of initiative that required equal parts analytical rigor and people intuition, and Drew brought both. The work genuinely moved the needle, helping us reduce early attrition and sharpen how we identified the right talent for our clinical teams.
That project was a great example of what Drew does consistently well: he takes data and turns it into something meaningful rather than just a pretty report, brings the right people along in the process without making it feel like herding cats, and keeps complex projects humming along even when the path gets messy. In pediatric therapy, where the stakes for getting staffing right are high, that combination is genuinely hard to find.
On top of all of that, Drew is just a great human to have around. He makes teams better not just through the work he does, but through how he shows up every day. I'm lucky to have worked with him and even luckier to call him a friend outside of work. Whoever lands him next is getting a good one!

During my time as a functional manager, I had the privilege of working with Drew during his time as a Human Resources Business Partner teamed with the Systems Engineering organization at Northrop Grumman.
